To buy and be an actual investor, the same (I imagine:)  To just be a transactional operator i.e wholesaler, which is what brokers do (you know, broker transactions) having one will be redundant and worse, may paint you with the brush of a 'bad buyer that doesn't perform.'

@Mike Reynolds I put a bead of silicone under the brushed nickel drain top piece as I put it in the sink, per the manufacturer's instructions on the faucet.
