I think they used a brush of some sort to make fan like sweeps that overlap each other.

To buy and be an actual investor, the same (I imagine:)  To just be a transactional operator i.e wholesaler, which is what brokers do (you know, broker transactions) having one will be redundant and worse, may paint you with the brush of a 'bad buyer that doesn't perform.'

Being a minor I have always brushed it off thinking I'm too young to do anything in that area.

@Mike Reynolds I put a bead of silicone under the brushed nickel drain top piece as I put it in the sink, per the manufacturer's instructions on the faucet.

During normal rehabs, I often take a modern approach with white subway tile, brushed nickel fixtures, white cabinets, light floors, etc.

Ouch that sounds harsh. have a drink and brush it off. 

they should be able to flush toilet, brush their teeth. showering maybe a problem.
