Hello BP community, I have been renting my SF 3/2 house with a bonus room in Parkrose Heights to family the past 3 years and they have recently moved out.  

The death benefit is a bonus, but is not the sole reason for purchasing the policy. 

Experienced cold caller are in the $5-$7 dollar/hour range + bonuses on results.

Trying to keep the logic simple if every house you own you can deduct 3 main categories on your taxes (property taxes, depreciation, mortgage interest) if I paid off a house I would make more with only two primary deductions.  

Bonus depreciation and Section 179 allowances for improvements can be utilized, with the latter, however, capped at zero to prevent negative losses.
