For Sellers:How are you positioning your properties to attract top dollar?

I am actually very attracted by Tampa after seeing what you have on the website.

For potential homebuyers, this could be the right time to make a move, while current homeowners might find refinancing an attractive option.

That’s the attraction.

Unless you're on the beach, i'd avoid the flip flops and board shorts, but Also I think most people get defenisve or put off by suits when they are knocking on someones door, so Business Casual, collard shirt if that is something you'd wear or a Clean- Non Graphic T (unless you had your own made), clean cut dark denim jeans -- and some clean shoes. 

Whisper (San Marcos):a) Plum Creek, Kyle:The corner lot and large backyard are attractive for families, and the high school district rating can positively impact property values and rental demand.

Getting leads through a SEO website cost the price of setting up a professionally looking website optimized for both SEO and for lead attraction and conversion.  

I wouldn't trust them to make the payments, especially if the property value goes down and they have a bum tenant not paying rent because they mis-managed it and had poor underwriting skills to begin with and realize they messed up and just walk away (what makes it attractive to them if it's not attractive to you?).

Rates in the Non QM space are becoming very attractive.

And this would be attractive because if they have cash laying around, you'll give them a better return than it's making in a savings account, CD, etc.
