Agree with the previous sentiment.. this will likely be quite challenging to find financing in the marketplace.  

Investors will want to assess and analyze the combined/blended interest rate and payments compared to conventional purchase financing.

Maybe not a full on home inspection, but somebody needs to be able to accurately locate, assess, and price the work needed.
