:) Only remaining issue is that the GC business likely won't generate much/any income (I have reasons for not wanting to pay myself from the rehab business to the GC business), so I'll have to try not to have too many expenses associated with the business (so the IRS doesn't deem it a "sham" business to generate unwarranted deductions).

I have noticed lately that a lot of his superiors are getting out which honestly is a shame.

In other words your LLC is a sham and all your personal assets could be exposed in a lawsuit. 

What a shame.

Family in my estimation are the worst and they ought to be ashamed of themselves.Maybe they are just jealous and don't have the balls to do what you have done. 

This was a shameful way to treat a good borrower.

Many people just don't take advantage of those resources and it's a shame, not only for the landlord who is for sure losing money, but also for the marketplace because as those unprofessional landlords make mistakes and abuse the tenant-landlord relationship, the gov't finds the need to step in and as a result all of us are put under more stringent and costly regulations.
