Some small repairs made and mostly staging What was the outcome?

Hey folks, I’m looking into a seller financing arrangement but I’d first like to ask what folks are seeing for seller finance terms in today’s market. 

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions.Thank you for your advice.My thinking aligns with yours in that, at this stage, I lack the credibility and necessary funds.So, in the meantime, wholesaling seems like the right move for generating cash flow, familiarizing myself with the lingo, and expanding my network to build a list of buyers and potential partners.I've registered for a multifamily event next week and applied for membership in the young professional real estate group in my area.I do have one question, though, considering I'm at the beginning of my journey: What skills do you think I should develop to be useful? 

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

No need to get an expensive lawyer involved at this stage. 

Pompano is trying to put a lot of money in the area by renovating local parks and community centers, but the gentrification of the area is still in the beginning stages.

If someone has $40,000 for a possible mentorship program they are not at the stage in the business where creative financing is needed.

My plan in my beginning stages right now is to invest in the general Florida area, locations like Orlando, Tampa, Venice, Sarasota, Punta Gorda and Ft Myers. 

At some point I'd love to share anything I learn as well, but very much in the beginning stages of educating myself. 

We held as primary for a year and STR for 2 years filing the appropriate tax declarations/forms etc. during each stage.
