Perhaps the topic only gained my interest because of the coincidence that I had breakfast this morning with Susan Berkley, the voice of Citibank and AT&T voicemail systems (and former Howard Stearn on-air radio personality).Many, many years ago, on about my second day of business, an acquaintance called me on my office line (I've always worked from home) and chastised me for how informal and unprofessionally I answered the phone.

I appreciate the sophistication of the darker cabinets but here in Florida folks prefer lighter cabinets...some coastal cottages actually chalk paint (for example Amy Howard line at Ace - can paint without sanding ) the cabinets greens and turquoise...of course not for everyone but works here 

Some bidders in Howard county MD just go by the assessed value without inspecting.
