Today Exxon announced an end to their employee match. 

(the next 3-5 locations in Fall River where I am have already been announced despite being 6+ months away from opening). 

A few months ago it was announced that Amazon would be building a large distribution center in our area (Akron, Ohio).I am interested in hearing from others on their experience with Amazon coming into area and its impact on property?

I do know that the idea of develpment for all of the area in question has been floating around for years and years and there have even been some offical announcements made about it but still no sign or much movement on it.

Although, I do not know the private funding that may have been floated to these organizations, the public announcements on sites like Crowdfund Insider and Lend Academy provide valuable insights on who is backing who in this marketplace.
