I was curious if any folks who flip houses in the north have considered incorporating solar panels and / or heat pump technologies such as geothermal or air-source in their rehabs. 

I plan to turn the most of the frontage, into an open air recreational/commercial/farm equipment storage lot.

What if you looked to air BnB the unit you currently live in?

Since being on here I quickly realized how there is such a vast difference in the feeling in the air I get in Bigger Pockets compared to other groups (some groups in FB, in which I intend to leave the group due to not getting any real sense of value, but more like a bunch of vultures wanting to make easy money by preying on (ex: Joint Ventures) with the newbies).

So I am assuming they would need to rent a truck/crane to get the unit up on the roof, and then a special lifter to keep the unit in the air while they latch it in.

found a guy that is refinishing about 500 sqft including blending in an old air return patch for about $750 total. 

Has anyone had any luck getting the Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control to bill tenants directly instead of landlords?
