I would also be concerned with land rent going up over time, and having no control over that.  

I also tried contacting support twice, and both times they only provide a link to the book in the store without addressing any portion of the inquiry. 

We give them the exact address, a video of what it looked like when it was bought, who did the rehab, what the rehab cost, what it rented for, a video of what it looked like AFTER the rehab, who did the loan (who the lender was), etc. 

I figured he can't claim as a primary residence as a renter even though that's been his only address for 3 years?

@Thomas Loyola you haven't addressed the Class of property you intend to buy, so your assumptions could be too low or too high.Your biggest challenge is you are assuming you have to pay asking prices!

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.
