Just throwing together a general real estate template, without the conversion rate optimization elements built in and continually honed... will get a site up but it may not convert very well. w/ 100 visitors to a website, a 2% bump in conversions is 2 extra leads per 100 visitors.

Airbnb verifies people, but it's not like you can do/have the time to do a background check on each Airbnb visitor.
