The big benefit I have in my handyman portfolio is that I am either laying the tile or closely supervising the job as it's done by people whom I've personally trained.That's part of how I've come into this business, as a handyman investor with quite a bit of prior experience in laying tile.My portfolio is also almost completely occupied by health care professionals, who in general are trained to appreciate the advantages of ceramic tile as a sanitary surface.

If you wipe the window sills or doors or the window glass (glossier surfaces) with a damp sponge, do you also get a black residue?

It sounds like a decent deal on the surface. 

My concern is not at the surface of the bill that they are focused on - selling the rights to a contract via equitable interest.  

Either way, you have to get to the surface of the water that you don't even realize you are drowning in. 

I run them against (to ballpark them) properties that I already own in the area and I still bump them up 25% even if they look accurate on the surface.  

Essentially the argument is that you are now operating a hotel which requires commercial zoning, compared to the residential zoning that most AirBnB locations have.That being said, I think AirBnB is just starting to scratch the surface of a new industry.
