Like many of you, my aspiration to be an entrepreneur was fired up by Robert Kiyosaki "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", I have never looked back ever since!

I particularly thought this was a good read:In Superstar Cities, the Rich Get Richer, and They Get Amazon - New York and Washington are leaving the rest of the country behind.

Also keeping in mind REI is best used as a get rich slow method.

And factor in that you're in an appreciation rich market you don't want to leave if more appreciation is on the horizon.

Another option, very “Rich Dad Poor Dad” style, is to buy an asset to pay off the liability.

real estate isn't a get rich quick and quit the day job right away gig.  

Anyways, I was attached to 3/10 out of Camp Lejeune NC and before we deployed I stopped at the PX to look for some investment or personal finance books and I came across some book series called Rich Dad Poor Dad. 

Ive read Rich Dad Poor Dad a few years back along with the Richest Man in Babylon.
