If you're looking at the $3K price point I'm imagine the salient points in the podcast will still ring true.

Once i locate owner names i skip trace the owner find their current address and phone number, I usually like to just give them a ring but often times ill follow the phone call up with a yellow letter or postcard, maybe even knock on their door if i cant get them on the phone.

Ringing up once at my local store, the cashier said, "You look familiar." 

I always work backwards from how many times I'm looking to get the phone to ring in order to fill up the deal funnel.  

Lots of the guest on this podcasts sometimes have a tip or two that might just ring a bell.
