I've never seen these in person.But some things I'd think about would be the service life regarding clarity, fogging between the widows and fire resistance (as windows are considered and used as fire exits in an emergency).

I have resisted the idea as it's been a chaotic couple of years (marriage, two babies, two moves, both of us changed jobs, he lost his father, etc) and I've just wanted to be on cruise control when it came to our careers.

No need to have that resistance or tension this way

I was going to mention the same thing Steven Lowe said, I've heard of people trying to remove bank vaults and they can vary a lot in their resistance to such endeavors. 

I wanted to know for those who uses the TREC, do you sometimes experience resistance from the seller when presenting the contract?

I would assume since carpet is stain resistant and low-porous that it may be difficult to stain.  

That is the first thing that college students look to for housing.As far as the property itself, my suggestion would be to install wear resistant materials as units turn because with students you get more wear and tear than normal tenants.
