I work for a local handyman doing his bookkeeping etc. we are now working with a client that is turning their home into an air bnb. his company is making ground changes, building camping areas, making beautiful landscape, etc. the client has asked me to be the property manager as they live far.

I am currently working an overnight job and living only on what I need and saving the rest.

Right now I am working an overnight job which allows me to listen to hours of BP podcasts.

I decided to go for the BP Pro/Boot camp so I could get back to the calcs and get a few steps closer.

I'm working a full time w-2 job. Will I have replay access to the live Q and A sessions?

Don't expect your BK to pick it up overnight 

I am in the house hack camp though for those starting out.. use your low down payment low interest loans to buy a duplex 4 plex live in one.. rent the others  see if you like being a landlord . etc. 

So overnight I was like heck it. 

Bay Area takes the biggest piece of the pie and it being displaced won't happen overnight.

Invermere is the central town on the 93/95 corridor (Golden to Fernie) and its surrounding towns are mainly frequented by Calgarians for at least overnight because it's a 3-hour drive so tourism isn't likely to go down, if anything up because of the boom with Covid.
