Loud neighbors, a poor location, and poor floor plan could mean a constant uphill battle to keep guests happy, and likely a lower ceiling for guest review scores.

We love visiting with people about the product and Northpointe makes it easy to originate.

I agree with the "it depends" approach when it comes to determining reserves, but generally, it should align with the age and anticipated maintenance needs of the property.For example, we have a duplex built in 2003 with the original AC units and roof.

To qualify for debt, lenders generally look at net worth (aim for the loan amount), liquidity (10% post-close), experience, and a solid credit score (ideally 680+).
