GOOG are going work from home and will prob need less office. 

Though I can afford that, Needless to say I’d prefer to find something better. ideally I’d like to get a 15 or 30 year term - it would free up cash from having to make huge payments and allow me to make improvements that would boost the income from it. the county will allow me to replace one or more of the mobiles with new ones or one of them with a stick built.

I currently own a home (fha) and i house hack, so needless to say i live rent free at the moment.

Needless to mention that with doing a value-add on your property, chances are you will increase the rental income significantly as well as create a better environment to live for your own family.

We'll needless to say now what was a small problem for them will become a big problem as the lawyers are now involved.  

If you have reliable, recession-proof income, you'll likely need less of a reserve fund than if you're self-employed with a variable income stream. 

Needless to say, I missed perhaps a better window of buying a home and REI.

You need less coordination with self showing.

Needless to say, they did not file extensions and will be hearing from the IRS soon.

My thought though is you need less academic knowledge and more practical real estate specific knowledge.
