I am 33 and feel like everyone around my age and millennials are freaked out by rates above 5%.

There are many Millennial and Gen X here that are not experienced in the current trends in an effort of hitting a home run.

Many millennials like myself are moving back here due to the affordability, livability, and all of the great things to do here (sports, parks, bars/restaurants etc).

Agree 100% with @John Underwood and I’m a millennial who doesn’t watch TV.

In my opinion, as property values continue to rise, house hacking will become a more normal and desirable home trait, especially when the leading home buyers are younger Millennials and Gen Z who have likely seen strategies such as these on the interent.

Given that voice communications is being destroyed by junk calls all day long and millennials don't ever answer their phones, we have bigger problems.

My theory that I posted on BP FB page was that most of my clientele seem to be Millennials and GenZ. 

There are more jobs than people and these corporations are demanding even more so the influx of millennials has begun happening.
