If the investor has money then of course they will not want a hard money lender.I have a few sources who I have relationships with for private money.I agree there is a lot of money sitting in the bank with miniscule returns.You can get your cash private investor much better returns on their money but you have to culture a relationship with them.Hard money lenders have to charge certain rates to make their spread to pay off their funders returns.Individual hard money lenders have more leeway but big companies usually have set guidelines to follow.The bigger deals for hard money are for sure in commercial deals right now.

They were asked specifically if they would ever out source the order taking to India, the Philippines, China, etc... and the answer was there is no way a foreign culture could understand the nuances and culture of fast food or handle it in the few seconds needed between the order given and order filled.

Education is the key, we need to cut the pork and spend it all on education - but in the right ways.When you find yourself trailing Cuba in any statistic, let alone something as vital ad education, it is definitely scary.And as a reflection from someone who is just exiting the education system (I have both private and public background - public for college), I will say that the largest problem in our education system is the culture of students.Americans simply do not value education, it is a given right paid for by taxes, and we've come to a point that it is taken for granted.
