What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

All this turkey does is charge you for some "training," so you will be "prepared" when you go out looking for lots for him, but curiously, he buys none or very few of the lots he's sent.

Although there is no way to prove this, (I reside in FL; the investment property is in AL) my GC tells me the unit was secured by a cage and bolted down.

We live in Northern Florida and manage our 10 long term rentals and do flips in northern Florida and we decided not to go that route with this south Florida home after we started digging into it.  

I spoke to SRPFCU this week about investment property and got a contact.

This variation in training appealed to me vs. a weekly training held by the same person... feels too much like school.
