Appreciation in Harris County has been averaging about 6% a year since 2012.  

@Clarence Harris the first thing I would point out here is that you don't have to wait 6 months.  

Like @Theresa Harris mentions - I've seen clear or white seals get discolored from whatever, that isn't mold.
