I use a FAQ sheet in plain English, and also a video for those people who prefer that type of delivery system.

. :) But in my opinion to name a few aspects the Philippines has; english language is widely spoken, a growing economy, highly skilled workforce, huge housing deficit, and a real estate market that is waiting for some creative minds to take advantage of.

at the moment i m saving every penny possible :). my dream is to be financially independent and help my mother.ps: excuse my English, i still improving!

However, with most of these scammers, they’re often from out of the country so their English is so poor that it really doesn’t take too much experience to recognize their poorly worded contracts and documents as not being legitimate.
