I recently went to my sister's graduation and seeing all those kids getting degrees in those ridiculous fields(marketing, business administration, sociology,) it made me feel sorry for them...they are competing with folks who have actual job experience and most of these kids probably don't even have ANY skills that an actual business would need to run.Shane hit it right on the money....we are training ourselves to just be sheep and "go off to college" just for the hell of it, why?

Some things I dont hold a tenant accountable form others I am highly suspect of.My 1st 2 things I automatically deny tenants applications is drug convictions and evictions less then 7 years old.

If you are still actively at work with the company who has your 401k you are not able to roll it over to a self directed plan and I would be limited to the investments made available by the administrator.

.- If you are a registered small investment company with the Small Business Administration you are exempted.- There are possible exemptions with real estate licensing...I may be wrong, but this should be the site you can go to and find the exemptions/requirements for each state:http://mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org/Pages/default.aspxIt's the NMLS site, National Mortgage Licensing System.And to answer your theory, unless you pass the title to the buyer and have an unsecured loan, it doesn't matter if it's 0% or 100% interest (to the Safe Act, Dodd Frank might limit interest rates, though it's tough to say that applies to personal property - I don't know).

I have found in the court records an administrator deed filing and an executor deed filing.
