A lack of character and judgement is what led to the bills not being paid; what leads to buying beer and cigarettes before paying the rent; treating animals like they are disposable toys; etc.

Towing, minimum housing standards, noise, trash disposal, permitting and code enforcement, environmental issues, the list goes on and on.

Since our demographics are shifting toward more seniors, will the younger people who are accumulating assets be able to absorb them at the same rate the older people are disposing of them?
