New Member Interested in Eventually Investing in the DC Metro Area

Hello everyone!!

My name is Betsy and I am starting my initial research in investing in properties in the DC metro area. I currently live in Annapolis but I plan to move to DC in the next couple of years. I am still doing a lot of research and will soon start trying to save money. I like long term planning which is why I am posting now, so I am prepared for the future.

I am mainly interested in buying and holding (I think that is the proper term). Most importantly, I am not interested in doing real estate investment full time, my long term plan is gaining more disposable income, not a ton of money but a little/enough.

If any one has any advice, I would appreciate it greatly.

Thank you in advance,

Betsy
