Connecting with investors is a great move too; it’s one of the best ways to gain real-world knowledge and build a strong foundation for your journey.What kind of investing are you most interested in? 

I hear there's a recent case in Federal Court where an investor was found NOT GUILTY of violating anti spam laws because his text was asking to BUY a property, which isn't sales (which is what marketing is). 

Have a Backup Plan: Annual Rental Numbers Matter•Always know the annual rental numbers in case you need to pivot to a long-term rental model.

AB 1033 allows ADUs to be sold as condominiums under specific conditions, creating new pathways for homeownership.

If you enter at this point, be prepared to ride this wave.
