this is what I was told many years ago - and it is still true today - be pro-active - get out in the neighborhoods - look for opportunties- talk to everyone about real estate - run ads - do some radio - direct mail DO NOT BE PASSIVE - get out there and do what it takes to find a deal.Set a goal of flipping one deal a month for a cash flow profit of $10,000 - when you can do just one - you will be able to do many - Charlie
