I tend to lean towards the latter, but it could really go either way.Because turnkey providers...bigger companies who sell turnkey properties...have gotten so popular, more often than not when people refer to turnkeys, they are talking about properties sold by these providers.

This is not the popular option as it costs money to replace it outright but I typically spend $800 or so installed.
