There wouldn’t be much activity outside of a little bit of branding and stuff (I do graphic design work so making logos and stuff is fun for me).

I made a logo for a retail and I want to understant couple of things.1) What can you say about this logo?

Trying to find a company that will put my company logo on it.

If you don't have a logo sign then just use "for sale by owner". 

Things to be careful of:Be very careful of online directories.Many are just lead generation sites and sell your name and information to brokersLarge application fees or upfront money that is requested prior to issuing a term sheet and only accepting checks without the ability to accept credit cardsAnyone that uses gmail, aol or any non-corporate emailCheck that they have a working website with a phone number and addressSomeone that says they are a direct lender but:Asks you to fill out an application without a logo or contact informationAsks you to fill out different forms with very similar informationNeeds an excessive amount of time to get back to you orTypically these are signs you are working with a broker or non - lender
