Good time to set up my Parent Company LLC?
Does it matter when you set up your holding company/REI LLC? I’ve still got a year or two’s worth of saving up for a property, but if I where to set up the LLC now or later, would there be and pros or cons to doing so? There wouldn’t be much activity outside of a little bit of branding and stuff (I do graphic design work so making logos and stuff is fun for me). Other than that, I wouldn’t be buying anything under the LLC, and I wouldn’t be doing much of any business for at least a year.
