Cats don't tear up carpet or chew on window trim or scratch doors but they are highly likely to urinate on carpet and the smell is almost impossible to get rid of.

The rooms smelled horrible of urine because they would pee in their rooms from being locked in the entire time.I made it clear that I would not close if they were still living in the property!

I still need to play with the camera settings and go back for more photos, but, you can see below a reminder of why we have a No Pet policy:This is what many years of "doggie diapers" at the end of the hallway look like ... yes, the yellowish and brown areas are urine stains.
