To me, those women are literally walking like they really have this bad urge to urinate.

My next big hurtle is getting all my rental documents and leases in order.

Finally having the bid I'm now seeing that the carpets need to be replaced as they smell like dog urine.

Cats don't tear up carpet or chew on window trim or scratch doors but they are highly likely to urinate on carpet and the smell is almost impossible to get rid of.

The rooms smelled horrible of urine because they would pee in their rooms from being locked in the entire time.I made it clear that I would not close if they were still living in the property!

I still need to play with the camera settings and go back for more photos, but, you can see below a reminder of why we have a No Pet policy:This is what many years of "doggie diapers" at the end of the hallway look like ... yes, the yellowish and brown areas are urine stains.  

As it stands now my biggest hurtle would be my 540 credit score, that no doubt will go out after paying off all credit card debt and such.

Trash was almost a foot deep everywhere, it REEKED of pet urine, rotting food, several full litter boxes, and a dining room literally covered in some sort of... feces... 

-pet damage (caused by chewing or scratching, or urine stains/odors)-burn patches or knife cuts on the countertops-broken window panes or ripped window screens-ripped door hinges, missing door handles or locks

We have many hurtles in the next few years.
