As it was coming time to pay off the credit card promo, I was also able to secure a deal for another fixer upper cabin for $35K but it needs 10-15K of work.

We are considering doing this to gain capital to purchase a multifamily, and then house hack. and attempt to get a somewhat fixer upper and then BRRR it.

Part II of my answer:Not only is it important to ask the right questions, but being able to read their “body language” is also important and listening to their words and tone of voice.

I got a fixer-upper property in NoVA, which needs the complete remodel of interior. 

The condo complex has a high number of renters in it which makes it hard to finance with small down payment, so the buyer would either need to be all cash or significant down payment.So does anyone here have advice on how I can find a realtor in my local area who is experienced representing fixer uppers and maybe has a rolodex of cash buyers they can call? 

If you're looking for stuff to renovate, you should be looking for 15-30k range per unit (upper limit reserved for very large apartments with very good bones, off street parking etc.)Joe
