Just received an approval letter from GMAC with a clause that reads: "THIS TRANSACTION MAY NOT INVOLVE A THIRD PARTY WHO RECEIVES A DEED PRIOR TO THIS CLOSING OR AFTER THIS CLOSING AND BEFORE RECORDING OF THE DEED TO THE PURCHASER".I am using the Option Contract and the only thing recorded is the "Notice of Option".Would you translate this to "I can never resell or transfer the deed to a third party?"

It depends on the quality of the information he or she is selling and whether or not it has quantifiable monetary value using normal metrics that a layman can translate into profits, not whether or not they are utilizing proven marketing techniques to sell a product.

Yes, the techniques and regulations are different, but market forces are universal, and I'm not understanding the "quirk" that sees the market put such a huge differential in the US market, which doesn't exist here in Australia.I get the impression that a retail sale of $100K for a house, translates to a wholesale sale at around $60K in the USA.
