When you first make an offer and it's rejected, it's a good idea to ask the agent if you can stay in touch.

Those that have more than one or two rentals and have created a company automate everything but still give it that personal touch.

In CA you couldn't touch anything like that for construction costs that low, just average homes are $300 s.f. to build.
