Experience will matter to some of customers, so you'll have to be specific about your history and success. 

I'm an experienced investor, agent, and a project manager for an established general contractor, focused mostly on historic preservation, custom homes, and investment properties (flips and holds). 

I just closed one for a customer.

BTW, Avail's customer support is US-based and fantastic. 

Each property should not only be as self-sustaining as possible but also, ideally, contribute to your income.

If you could customize the software that you are using, what would you like implemented?

In a city like San Antonio, with a serviced-based economy, where over 50% of the population rent, and 17.6% live below the poverty lie, this creates rent-to-income spatial mismatch that's not sustainable. 

Here’s the weirdest part: 1- minutes later, he opened the house door and got in. 2- the phone number listed on his profile is out of service. 3- the phone number he called me from, is VRBo customer service number! 

I think their customer service is awesome.

Marking up repairs & maintenance, farming out customer service to people that can barely speak English, charge a lot of junk fees, etc.I'm just not comfortable doing any of that.
