For context the appraisal took longer than it was supposed to.

I checked out their website.. they are showing C class and probably some D class rentalsCaution    they want you to get the loan and they are allegedly going to put some cash into these deals up front.. and you as investor get 60% ownership .. you are suppose to refi out in 5 years and pay them their cash plus 40% of the equity.. 

Which gives me a new tax I’d # and since my bank account was opened with the LLC tax number I’m supposedly stuck filing as LLC?

Is wholesaling supposed to be a little misleading to the seller?

I suppose if the STR listing sucks etc, then I guess you don't have much to lose. 

And if I don't find a property through agent, is there a flat fee I'm supposed to pay. 

I suppose if someone just had a traditional homeowners and umbrella policy there could be exclusions for rentals, but any decent agent can find a policy package designed for rentals.

They are supposed to give you pay off information as a "successor in interest", but good luck with that.  

I suppose that most of the time MLS listings are over priced, but I've been finding deals in my local MLS for a very long time.
