While you can’t completely control who applies to live in your properties, you most definitely can find areas that are popular with students, young professionals, families, etc. 4) just as important as finding the property, you need to have an exit strategy in mind for the property.

The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself.

I will still make no exceptions for evictions on a record, no matter how other criteria works out, but a divorce, medical bills, student loans, etc., are worth questioning before rejecting.
