Plus, Zillow, Rentler and the other real estate platforms tend to have all sorts of unnecessary hoops to jump through for landlords, and I find a lot of their design very un-intuitive (I remember spending waaayyy too much time just trying to figure out simple things in Rentler).  ...why can't they make it easier?

I'd suggest avoiding co-ops if you want the option to rent it out later.

It's a simple way to gauge the condition of the building's main sewer line.Unfortunately fraudulent rental applications are more common than one would think so good on you for catching that.

Any suggestions or names of companies that can do this type of job are greatly appreciated.
