I mean, maybe 1 out of 7/8 properties you look at will work.I've set up pipelines for people and I learned by getting taken advantage of and those kinds of lessons are hard lessons but an unforgettable one, but they make you a whole lot smarter too so there is a silver lining to them.   

We mostly operate in Seaside Heights, NJ, which is a beach town that is tourism driven.
