Second home/ first rental investment

Joe Ko
Posted

Hello there

I'm looking to buy a rental property and maybe use it as a vacation home once in a while. Interested in Myrtle beach area.

not looking for a beachfront property.

I've heard there's a lot of crime in Myrtle beach. I want to know you recommendations where are safer areas and where are ones to stay away from.

Yes. For my first LTR I think it is a nice entry level.

Since I don't live in Myrtle beach I need help figuring out which areas to look into and which areas stay away from.
