They dont know it, but I am going to put a temporary seal on it for the inspection so that an Air Pressure Test can give me the health of the rest of the plumbing.

Sam,Ronam is right for the most part but when you have drawings signed and sealed by a structural engineer licensed in your state there is not much they can argue with.

...and it makes sense if you live in an area that is not projecting strong real estate growth.The keys are:1) See all properties for yourself.2) Have a great property manager in place when you seal the deal.3) Be super clear with the property manager about what you need.There's more, but that's all I have space for right now.BTW, coming out to Minn this summer to see friends and go to the State Fair - we're excited!
