As long as Mar comes in and it resumes the normal schedule, looks like all might be well. 

You can try freelancing websites though often you get inundated with resumes from unqualified applicants though if you are willing to weed through you may find a good one as there is a large applicant pool.    

I saw everyone who grew up on my street go to prison and get caught up in a life of crime.So for me I had a hunger to do better for my life than that so in my life and I chased the following:EducationCareer Strong nuclear family unitTravelingHobby's (which includes real estate)So If you read this story and grew up in a life of privilege then you may be saying I should stop and smell the roses, but if you're a hungry young man or woman from lesser means then you better leave that little village your and do what you need to do to get there. 

Eight years later only five plants have resumed.

You would take that 10th step, plant the stuff, and then as harvest approaches look at non-farm opportunities... work on that resume, plant those seeds, line yourself up for a harvest.

Once the tenant gets caught back up I resume the amortization schedule.

Don't bother looking online, go randomly walk into 20 different local mortgage offices this weekend with your resume.

This resume also goes a long way when sellers are deciding whether to pick a lesser-experienced buyer at a higher price, or us at a lower price.  

Once you've passed that milestone now look for a company with the following resume:-decades of experience-thousands of renovations under there belt-guarantees to their product -economies of scale (Can buy materials in bulk and store in a warehouse)- in-house maintenance crew members- quality reviews and referrals from current investors- full time client services team to communicate with current investors- no waiting list- can buy multiple homes at once in a portfolio- invite you to visit their office, houses, and teamI hope this helps so you can look for these items while interviewing TK providers in your desired market!
