How do I start with a zero down payment?

How do I start my investing journey with a zero down payment? I live in south Florida and I am a student still, about a year left to get my bachelors in construction management. As a typical student, my funds are low and bills are high. Can anybody talk to through how I can start investing and starting my career/future path before graduating? I have very good credit high 700 and pay everything on time.

I hear a lot of people say OPM other peoples money. But how?? Please explain.
