The units in MV are 1B/1B units and I used everything off of the shelf from various local suppliers. 

Just wondering if they are a reputable company and good to work with. 

But yes I advise people to be cautious until a proven track record is shown and that's where reputation comes in.  

There are some very reputable companies in Memphis that offer that product.

It is a great way to never make money and build a reputation (not necessarily a good one). 

All that is to ensure that you're dealing with a reputable lender and not someone who's scamming you.
