Ewa Reza LA is crazy busy right now, I have a foreman doing my first residential, then a few weeks down the road, I had only 2 weeks left then a week or two vacant / no work, he jumped on another employer that offered 3-4 months of work.

I prefer watching "Breaking Bad" then living it ;-)In the Los Angeles area I had been looking at properties between $600K-900K where on paper you don't get bang for your buck (but it is easy to rent/manage in LA).I presume in Las Vegas you can get a pretty descent Apartment property for $600K or are these dilapidated/slummy ?
