Los Angeles County...Need GC Recommendations for a Rehab

Hey guys and gals,

Looking to get into a small rehab project in the greater Los Angeles area and would like some recommendations for a smaller general contractor that dabbles in multiple trades in house rehabbing.  Currently I am looking at a house in the Hacienda Heights area, but I’m analyzing deals all over Los Angeles, so I would like someone who wouldn’t mind traveling a bit.  Please let me know if you guys have any other questions and I appreciate the help!
