Meeting its standards makes these loans eligible to be purchased by either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. 

Willing to customize to tenant desires FOR A PRICE. obviously, some of the above is accomplished by the particular property you purchased; some by repairs, maintenance and improvements, and some by ongoing service commitment.

Essentially, a joint venture is where an inner circle member and RAD go 50/50 on the purchase of a property, but RAD does all of the market research to find properties, does all the rehab and management, etc.

The lease I had before, I purchased from RentPrep, and I really like it because it covers so many things.

Of course, every owner's situation is unique and factors like the legal entity involved, purchase date, adequate passive income that can be offset with the cost segregation study, etc., will need to be considered.

What we have learned is that most people avoid these properties entirely, which allows us to purchase them at a significant discount.
