Once you have an amazingly effective marketing message on the postcard paper... now you need to get that postcard in front of the ideal prospects who  you can best help.

Always remember to do the math analysis and try to look at your prospective properties before you make an offer or at least try to add a clause in the sales contract that would give you the time (about 15 days) to make a detailed inspection and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty that will not hurt you too much.I am 59 years old and I found BP about a year ago and I am still trying to decide what to do.

This is a HUGE value and going to sell fast - I wouldn't think too long about this one, prospect.

Hi All, I am going to rent out our current house and wanted to check how crucial it is to verify with the current property management company for prospects.  

I have seen a prospective tenant in the process of current eviction document how they refused to move after the 30 day notice, and are fighting the subsequent eviction and haven't paid rent in 6 months due to repairs not being done.
