Landlord agrees to maintain structural condition of the firebox/chimney.Tenant agrees to promptly report to Landlord, in writing, any defects or problems that arise with the fireplace or its use.

What prompts them put this kind of tab?

Couldn't pass up the offer so we put the house on the market and promptly moved.

I do find myself with more MINS (Minimum Important Next Step) each day on a particular goal that would be better suited to a task list like those mentioned above instead of in a journal, but nonetheless, it still prompts me to write it down, which has been helpful!

Passing on a historically good rate to get a great rate is like trying to time the market on when to buy… When evaluating a tenant application pay attention to the promptness & thoroughness of their replies.

What will eventually prompt people to migrate will be higher utility bills, the higher cost of water, higher cost of gas, gridlock in suburbs, etc., and also businesses relocating to cheaper areas.
